Bailey to have Boro medical before £1.4m move

Nicky Bailey will have a medical at Middlesbrough today before his £1.4million move from Charlton.

The goal-scoring midfielder and Addicks captain is set to sign for the Championship side.

Boss Gordon Strachan is also closing in on Scunthorpe striker Gary Hooper, 22, Celtic stopper Stephen McManus,27, and Rochdale’ defender Craig Dawson, 20.
