Fulham boss Roy Hodgson furious as Andy Johnson is sidelined for two months in Europa Cup win

Roy Hodgson showed a rare glimpse of his temper last night after a "blatant foul" put Andy Johnson in hospital.
The Fulham boss was furious with the second-half bodycheck by Amkar's Dimitry Belorukov which dislocated the shoulder of his record signing, leaving him out of action for two months.
And his blood reached boiling point when the Portuguese referee only showed the defender a yellow card for the assault.
While Johnson was whisked to hospital to face surgery last night, insult was added to injury when Russian sub Vitaliy Grishin scored a late goal to keep this Europa League play-off alive.
And 62-year-old Hodgson, who is usually so calm and collected, could not hide his frustration at losing his £10.5million star before hosting Chelsea on Sunday.
Hodgson said: "It was a good win against a difficult team but it's been marred by the injury to AJ.
"It was an unbelievably blatant challenge leaving him with a dislocated shoulder which will rule him out for a long time. Refs are supposed to be clamping down on challenge but he's only had a yellow card and AJ's out for eight weeks.
"There's no doubt he should have been sent off. It was a blatant foul which has put an opponent in hospital. He could need surgery – we don't know yet.
"Doctors said to expect four to eight weeks but until he's seen the surgeon we can't say."
Fulham had started the tie so well when Johnson, who netted two goals in the last round, opened the scoring after only four minutes when he converted Bobby Zamora's perfectly-weighted cross.
Clint Dempsey, who signed a new deal last week, celebrated with a shot into the top corner on 51 minutes.
And new signing Damien Duff made an instant impact as a 75th-minute sub when his cross was laid-off by Erik Nevland for Zamora to smash home.
Hodgson added: "AJ and Bobby Zamora were the best part of our performance by a long stretch. They caused so many problems, they both scored and it was an excellent display from them.
"But now that partnership is going to be broken up. It's a real pity when we've started the season so well.
"It would have been nice to have had AJ and Bobby together for the Chelsea game but obviously that's not gong to happen now. We were looking to sign another striker and that hasn’'t changed now."
After Chelsea, Fulham face a five-hour flight to the Urals for the second leg tie against this former works team from a Russian fertiliser plant on an artificial pitch.
Fulham yesterday agreed the £4.5m signing of midfielder Jonathan Greening, 30, from West Brom.
