David Bentley scored one of the greatest goals you will ever see as Spurs completed an incredible comeback last night and then admitted: "I feel like Superman."
The England midfielder fulfilled his promise to make Arsene Wenger regret letting him go with a stunning strike to kick-start a remarkable night at the Emirates.
Bentley, 43 yards out, took a short pass from Jermaine Jenas, juggled the ball to set himself up and then unleashed a tremendous volley which looped over Arsenal keeper Manuel Almunia.
After late goals from Jenas and Aaron Lennon earned a memorable point for a Spurs side transformed by Harry Redknapp's arrival, former Gunner Bentley said: "I feel like Superman. I could fly home. I'm absolutely buzzing.
"We showed character, spirit and that we're a top team willing to fight for every point.
"You're going to get criticised when you're not performing and certain things have gone on. But we have sorted them out and we're going in the right direction now."
New Spurschief Redknapp, who has picked up four points in as many days, said: "It was an amazing finish to an amazing game. I've never known one like it.
"My players have shown what they're made of. We gave some bad goals away and couldn't deal with set-pieces but showed fantastic character."
Gunners boss Wenger said: "We were really superior to Tottenham, we were outstanding.
"But we didn't win. That was down to a lack of maturity."
