Barnet pair in fitness fight Barnet will check on Darren Dennehy and Ricky Holmes ahead of the visit of Bradford.

Defender Dennehy missed Saturday's defeat at Aldershot with an ankle injury and striker Holmes was also sidelined by a slight knock.

Boss Lawrie Sanchez reacted to back-to-back defeats by making four changes to his side against the Shots, only to see them crash 4-1.

Clovis Kamdjo and Jack Saville could therefore return to the starting line-up while Charlie Taylor staked his claim after climbing off the bench to score Barnet's consolation in the second half.

Defender Danny Senda and striker Steve Kabba remain long-term absentees with knee injuries and winger Mark Marshall is still suspended after testing positive for a banned substance.

Bradford pair Luke Oliver and Craig Fagan are both expected to return to the side at Barnet.

Central defender Oliver missed Saturday's home draw with Hereford with a hamstring strain, while striker Fagan was sidelined due to a thigh injury.

Nahki Wells and Lee Bullock were recalled to the starting line-up at the weekend and the latter is expected to continue at right-back in place of Simon Ramsden.

Ramsden missed out at the weekend due to a hamstring injury and is not ready to return.

Midfielder David Syers is pushing for a recall after firing his side's second-half equaliser on Saturday.

Bantams sting 10-man Bees Darren Dennehy's early dismissal condemned Barnet to their fourth straight league defeat as relegation rivals Bradford moved clear of the drop zone with a 4-0 win.

The Bantams took full advantage of the numerical advantage with goals from Craig Fagan, Will Atkinson, Kyel Reid and Nahki Wells to extend their unbeaten run to four.

Dutch midfielder Marcel Seip was brought down by Republic of Ireland Under-21 international Dennehy and Fagan duly stepped up to send Liam O'Brien the wrong way from the spot after 17 minutes.

The former Derby striker then lobbed wide before substitute Atkinson doubled the visitors' advantage 20 minutes later. The on-loan Hull winger neatly clipped home his first goal for the club from Reid's left-wing cross.

Seip guided a header just wide from another curling Reid delivery shortly after the break before the winger danced his way through the Bees defence for City's third after 58 minutes.
