                                                    Team news

Taylor still banned Barnet are once again without suspended Charlie Taylor for the game against Shrewsbury.

The striker serves the second match of a three-game ban following his sending off 12 minutes after coming on as a substitute towards the end of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat by Swindon.

Michael Hector missed Tuesday's goalless draw with Plymouth through injury and is a doubt to take part on Saturday, with fellow loanee Sead Hajrovic set to take his place if the defender fails to be passed fit. On-loan Reading midfielder Jordan Obita should keep his position after replacing Mark Byrne against Argyle.

The Bees are without defender Danny Senda and striker Steve Kabba, who both have knee injuries, while winger Mark Marshall is unavailable following his suspension for testing positive for a banned substance.

Shrewsbury boss Graham Turner is close to a full-strength squad as he decides whether to include Shane Cansdell-Sherriff or Marvin Morgan in his starting XI.

First-choice centre-back Cansdell-Sherriff returned to the bench on Tuesday night for the late 1-0 victory over Bristol Rovers after over three weeks on the sidelines with a shoulder injury.

Striker Morgan, meanwhile, completed his three-match ban with the passing of the midweek clash, and both now leave Turner with a dilemma as to whether to change a winning line-up.

Defender Connor Goldson (back) has now resumed full training while long-term absentee Reuben Hazell (knee) is also close to being declared fully fit.

Shrews maintain promotion march James Collins expertly steered home a second-half winner as Shrewsbury eventually shook off a dogged Barnet side 2-1 to keep their automatic promotion hopes very much alive.

The visitors started off full of attacking intent, Collins dragging a shot wide before Terry Gornell floated a header over.

Barnet responded as Ricky Holmes fired off target before Shrews stopper Chris Neal produced an excellent stop low to his left to deny Jordan Obita.

Town grabbed the opener on the stroke of half-time, Matt Richards' whipped free-kick from the right slipping off the head of Clovis Kamdjo and into the top corner of the net.
