Fitness tests for Bantams duo Bradford's latest signing Jamie Annerson will go straight into the squad for the home game with Hereford.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper signed from Rotherham on loan until the end of the season on Thursday and could start on the bench as cover for Jon McLaughlin.
But Luke Oliver and Craig Fagan are doubtful. Central defender Oliver has a thigh problem and midfielder Fagan is struggling with a tight hamstring.
Both players, who sustained their injuries in last week's win at Torquay, face a late fitness test.
Another defender, Marcel Seip, turned his ankle at Torquay but is expected to be back in contention, as is striker Deane Smalley, who picked up a knee problem in the same match.
Striker James Hanson remains a few weeks away from a return to first-team action as he recovers from a groin injury.
Hereford boss Jamie Pitman has the same squad of players at his disposal for the vital trip as he did for last weekend's defeat to Swindon.
Pitman's problems mostly lie in defence with Michael Townsend serving the second game of a two-match suspension and Benoit Dalibard (hamstring), Joe Heath (groin) and Stefan Stam (knee) still sidelined.
And while Townsend returns to contention for Tuesday's trip to Gillingham, Pitman is not expecting any of his injured players to make their comebacks in the next couple of weeks.
That includes striker Richard Peniket, who continues to struggle with an ankle problem and will miss out at Valley Parade.
Fit-again striker Delroy Facey (chest infection) and midfielder Harry Pell (knee) returned to the bench against Swindon and are pushing to start against a Bradford side just four points and three places above relegation-threatened Hereford in the table.
Bradford vs Hereford
Last modified 17:42 25/02/12
Bantams and Bulls share points Bradford hit back to earn a point in a 1-1 draw against fellow strugglers Hereford in front of the highest League Two attendance of the season.
A crowd of 17,014, boosted by Bradford's special #1 ticket offer, saw the visitors restrict the Bantams to a handful of chances before taking the lead after 82 minutes.
City's defence failed to clear Tom Barkhuizen's long throw and, when Delroy Facey crossed the ball into the goal area, the unmarked Byron Anthony headed into the top corner of the net.
However, Bradford hit back well to equalise after 88 minutes through substitute midfielder David Syers.
Syers saw his shot cleared off the line after goalkeeper David Cornell failed to hold a high cross and, from the subsequent corner, he headed the ball back across the goal into the far corner.
