United waiting on Bentley Hayes will again hand a late fitness test to captain Mark Bentley as they look to move out of the Blue Square Bet Premier relegation zone as they entertain Darlington.
Midfielder Bentley has been plagued by a hamstring problem in recent weeks and was unavailable as Nas Bashir's side suffered a last-minute defeat to Mansfield on Saturday.
Hayes are also without defender Dan Spence again as he battles an ankle problem.
Bashir has overseen an overhaul his month with Abdulai Bell-Baggie, Pierre Joseph-Dubois, Ryan Crockford, Curtis Ujah, Callum Moris, Dean Sinclair and Ben Gladwin all leaving the club.
Former West Brom defender Pele is the only player to come into the squad but Bashir remains hopeful he can acquire more new signings before the end of the month.
Darlington's interim manager Craig Liddle is expected to pick from an unchanged squad.
The Quakers were only saved from extinction on Wednesday after a last-minute intervention ensured their survival until the end of the month.
On-loan Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford - an England Under-19 international - should retain his place after an impressive outing against Fleetwood on Saturday.
That would mean fellow stopper Jordan Nixon must settle for the substitutes' bench once more.
Liddle was impressed with versatile teenager Scott Harrison when he came on against Fleetwood and hinted his cameo could be rewarded with a starting berth.
Hayes & Yeading vs Darlington

Late fightback in vain for Quakers Crisis-club Darlington staged a late fightback but slumped to a 3-2 defeat at struggling Hayes & Yeading.
Darlington got off to the worst possible start as goalkeeper Jordan Pickford fouled Julian Owusu in the area and Louie Soares powered his spot-kick into the top corner after just four minutes.
Hayes doubled their advantage shortly afterwards when Daniel Wishart lashed the ball home from 25 yards.
Darlington's makeshift side began to settle, though, and after John McReady had seen his long-range effort saved by Carl Pentney, James Gray fired wide from the edge of the area.
The home side almost added a third before the break but Yassin Moutaouakil's 12-yard shot was saved by the feet of Pickford.
It was 3-0 to Hayes on the hour when Tom Collins found space on the edge of the area and had time to pick his spot into the bottom left-hand corner.
The Quakers pulled a goal back in the 81st minute when Jamie Barton's cross-shot found the top corner.
