Stevens remains focussed Salzburg boss Huub Stevens insists he is not worrying about results elsewhere as he prepares his side for Thursday's Europa League clash with Levski Sofia in Bulgaria.
Victory for the visitors, coupled with Villarreal failing to win against Lazio in the other match in Group G, would guarantee Salzburg's place in the next stage.
The Austrians top the pool with nine points from three matches - three ahead of Lazio and six clear of Villarreal - while Levski have yet to get off the mark.
But Stevens is not getting ahead of himself.
"We are not making calculations," the Dutchman said in the Osterreich newspaper. "We want to get a good result. Perhaps even a draw will help us." Salzburg beat Levski 1-0 in their last game in the group thanks to Dusan Svento's goal. And with Stevens' side having conceded just once in the pool and Levski yet to score, the smart money appears to be on another Salzburg victory.
The Bulgarians, though, have recovered from a slow start to their domestic season to win their last two fixtures.
Their form has improved since sporting director Georgi Ivanov took control of first-team affairs last month, with Antoni Zdravkov as coach, following the resignation of Serbian Ratko Dostanic.
Stevens added: "They have overcome their crisis, and are now becoming stronger." Salzburg, in contrast, have stuttered in the Austrian Bundesliga of late.
They may still lead the standings by a point, but Saturday's 2-0 win over SV Mattersburg was their first success in four league games.
They have also won just two of their seven away games in the league so far.
Injury problems have also added to Stevens' concerns, with attacking trio Alexander Zickler, Christoph Leitgeb and Svento all missing because of injury.
Ugandan defender Ibrahim Sekagya sustained a knock during training yesterday, while Somen Tchoyi is also a doubt.
Stevens is hopeful, though, that Sekagya will be fit.
Levski Sofia vs SV Red Bull Salzburg

Schiemer leaves it late for Salzburg Salzburg were on the verge of the Europa League's last 32 after snatching a dramatic 1-0 victory over Levski Sofia.
Franz Schiemer's header four minutes into injury time gave the visitors all three points to put them six points clear at the top of Group G.
However, Villarreal's victory over Lazio means they still need one more point to be sure of progression.
It was Salzburg who started the brighter, with barely a minute on the clock when Marc Janko gave Georgi Petkov his first test of the night with a shot from the edge of the area.
Petkov then punched clear Dusan Svento's close-range effort.
At the other end, Hristo Yovov had a good sight of goal but saw the danger cleared by Ibrahim Sekagya, before Cedric Bardon blazed over.
Salzburg goalkeeper Eddie Gustafsson punched cleared from Georgi Sarmov, and then held a shot from Darko Tasevski.
The chances continued to come in the second half, which began with Schiemer heading just over the Levski goal from close range.
At the other end, Petkov parried clear Svento's shot and then held on to an effort from Tasevski.
Janko sent a free-kick over the bar, but it was Levski who continued to enjoy the edge, with Tasevski testing Gustafsson once again.
Lachezar Baltanov had a good sight of goal from Youssef Rabeh's free-kick, but sent his effort wide.
Salzburg then enjoyed a good spell, started when Sekagya headed narrowly wide in the 74th minute.
Christoph Leitgeb then sent a free-kick just over, before Petkov saved from Schiemer.
But despite all the chances at both ends, the game was seemingly drifting towards a goalless draw.
Two minutes into injury time, Leitgeb had one more effort on goal, but could not come up with a shot to trouble Petkov from the edge of the area.
But just when it seemed each side would finish with a point, Salzburg struck.
