Red Devil set for debut Sean McGinty is set to make his Morecambe debut when Jim Bentley's side host Dagenham.
McGinty joined the Shrimps on loan from Manchester United on Monday and the 18-year-old could be thrust straight into the starting line-up with two of Bentley's first choice defenders facing late fitness tests.
Nick Fenton and Laurence Wilson were both substituted after sustaining knocks in the 1-0 win over Southend on Saturday and McGinty could deputise in either of their respective centre-half and left-back positions.
Midfielder Andy Fleming, recently back from an ankle injury, also departed during the second half and will be assessed before kick-off.
Bentley's men are chasing a third consecutive home win after Jordan Burrow's winner at the weekend gave them back-to-back triumphs at the Globe Arena for the first time this season.
Dagenham and Redbridge will be looking to build on their point away to Plymouth at the weekend as they travel again to Morecambe.
Loan signings Ben Reeves and Jonathan Bond both impressed on their debuts at Home Park and the duo look likely to start again.
Bond replaced the suspended Chris Lewington in goal but the trip to Morecambe is the final game of the ban.
The weekend's clash was deemed too soon for Luke Howell to make his return to the side, but with two days extra rest, he may well be brought back into the squad.
Morecambe vs Dag & Red

Scott strike sees Daggers off bottom Josh Scott gave Dagenham a vital 2-1 victory at Morecambe to aid their League Two survival hopes.
Scott, who scored a hat-trick when the Daggers destroyed the Shrimps in the play-offs two seasons ago, returned to haunt the Lancashire club with a header 18 minutes from time to give his side a much-needed three points that lifted them off the bottom of the table.
Dagenham were the better side and went a goal up after 12 minutes with an excellent strike from midfielder Medy Elito. The Shrimps' defence cleared a Ben Reeves corner to the edge of the box and Elito latched on to the loose ball to curl a fine effort past Barry Roche's left hand.
The Daggers went close to a second goal six minutes later when Reeves moved on to another loose ball and drilled a shot inches wide of the left-hand post with Roche well beaten.
After a poor start the Shrimps fired their way back into the game with another top quality goal from Kevin Ellison after 26 minutes. Garry Hunter chipped the ball to the edge of the Dagenham box, Jordan Burrow headed down and Ellison curled a great right-foot finish past Jonathan Bond.
