Striker Leroy Lita is relishing the thrill of playing in front of big crowds again after rotting in Reading reserves for most of the season.
Lita was a star of the England side at the last European Under-21 Championships but since then he has surprisingly found himself surplus to requirements at Reading.
So when Norwich boss Glenn Roeder offered him the lifeline of a one-month loanspell, Litawas happy to pack his bags and head straight off to Carrow Road.
After hitting a hat-trick in the midweek demolition of Wolves, he added a superb stoppage-time winner against Doncaster to confirm he was back to his clinical best.
Lita said: "It's fantastic at Norwich - you get 25,000 people at every game. This is what football is all about - playing and winning in front of big crowds. It's a privile getoplay here and I'm really enjoying it."
The problem for Norwich is hanging on to the man whose goals have transformed their struggling side, as several other interested clubs are now sniffing around as well.
Lita added: "I would be happy to stay for longer, but that'salloutofmyhands. I'm really flying at the moment and Idefinitely don't want to go back to Reading if I'm not going to be playing again."
TheCanaries got out of jail with two goals in the last seven minutes. Doncaster went ahead after 77 minutes, skipper Brian Stock scoring his second goal of the season after veteran Serb defender Dejan Stefanovic had brought down striker Jason Price in the box - the seventh penalty Norwich have conceded in 13 games.
But Anton Sibierski headed an 83rd-minute equaliser before helping the ball on for the lethal Lita to volley the winner in the third minute of stoppage time - his only chance of the game.
Relegation favourites Rovers have now lost six away games in a row and Price admitted: "It's hard to take because I thought we played well. If we had played rubbish and lost it would be different. But we were so close to getting the win."
