AC Milan midfielder Mathieu Flamini cannot wait for David Beckham to return to the Italian giants.
The Rossoneri want the LA Galaxy star to return to the club - and Sunday Mirror Sport reported last week he will resist strong competition from the Premier League and return to Italy.
Flamini said: "We would be very happy to have him back in the team.
"I saw him in LA and of course we are still in contact. He is a huge player with huge experience and it would be good to have him back. I think he had a great time in Milan and we were very happy to have him with us."
The former Arsenal star is also dreaming of facing his former team-mates in the Champions League this season.
"I would love to play Arsenal in this tournament," he said. "Arsenal is a very important club for me so it would be good to go back and see everyone.
"I've been talking with Cesc Fabregas and other players at Arsenal and from what I hear they are well prepared for the new season."
