Albion make payment

Stirling Albion have avoided court action that could have seen the club wound up by making a £48,000 payment to HM Revenue and Customs, it was reported on Saturday.
The Irn-Bru Second Division leaders had been threatened with closure after failing to pay an overdue tax bill.
Owner Peter McKenzie told the Stirling Observer: "There was never any doubt that I was going to pay it."
It is the second such move in six months, McKenzie making a £41,000 payment to save the club from liquidation back in May.
Binos fans launched a campaign earlier this year to raise the £800,000 required to purchase the club from McKenzie.
Supporters were urged to purchase a £40 stake in the Stirling Albion Supporters Trust, which would then become the club's sole shareholder.
