Andrei Arshavin set to sign for Arsenal - at last

Arsenal and Zenit St Petersburg have agreed a fee for Andrei Arshavin and personal terms have been agreed.
The final thing to be sorted out for the deal to go through is the amount of money Andriy Arshavin will pay Zenit as a percentage of his signing fee for leaving the club.
Other than that it's a done deal.
