Angus' pre-match team talk: Incey to face the master

Paul Ince has made a decent start to life as Blackburn manager-and today has his first encounter with old boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
There seemed to be a bit of unrest after Ince first arrived at Rovers and some people were not particularly happy.
Incey says what he feels - it might shock or surprise at times, but ultimately that is the way he is.
He has done a bit more of an apprenticeship than a lot of the new generation of Premier League managers, but has progressed rapidly.
With high-profile players getting very early opportunities to manage at the top level these days it was very much a choice thing for Ince to go to the lower leagues, and was potentially a bit of a gamble.
But he has shown how good he is by earning a Prem move in only two years, and will have benefited from the experience he has gained.
He must rate keeping Macclesfield up as a huge achievement.
Ince has joined fellow Fergie managerial disciples Steve Bruce, Mark Hughes and Roy Keane in the top flight, and all of them try to get their teams playing good football. And you would not want to mess with any of them either!
The thing Sir Alex has passed on is not so much his coaching wisdom as how to run a football club.
Ince and Co will make sure they are the ones in charge rather than ending up in a situation like Alan Curbishley and Kevin Keegan, otherwise they will be out of the door.
This is probably not a good time to play United though - after a slow start to the season, they beat Bolton, now Dimitar Berbatov has got his first goals and they look like they are just getting into the groove.
