Should vuvuzelas be allowed at English grounds next season?

Just when you thought you'd heard the last of the dreaded vuvuzela, the South African trumpet has reared its droning head once more.
London clubs Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham have all announced bans today, while newly-promoted Blackpool have distanced themselves from claims that the vuvuzela will be welcome at Bloomfield Road next season.
A statement issued by Upton Park chiefs said: "Under the current health and safety regulations at the stadium, which already disallows musical bands, we would not allow them (vuvuzelas) into the stadium as they could be considered a weapon and could also be considered to be an annoyance to others."
But what do you think? Are the vuvzelas a menace? Or a harmless bit of fun that would spice up the atmosphere at increasingly quiet football grounds?
