EXCLUSIVE: Learn first aid with Jack Wilshere and St John Ambulance

Jack Wilshere has become an ambassador for St John Ambulance.
The Arsenal and England midfielder has even taken part in a series of short films - which you can watch here - where he learns basic first-aid skills to help the charity.
He will urge people to apply for a free St John Ambulance pocket first-aid guide, which explains procedures that could make a dramatic difference.
"In football, without training you cannot win the game. Without first aid, you cannot save a life.I want to encourage more people to learn first-aid so that they can save a life," said Wilshere. "We're lucky on the pitch that we have first-aiders on the sidelines to help us if there is an emergency.
"On the streets with your mates, or at home with your family, you haven't got that back up so it's important that you are trained to help others and they can help you."
