Ashley Young a fresh target for Barcelona

Ashley Young has emerged as a surprise candidate for a move to Barcelona, causing a fresh headache for Martin O'Neill.

The Aston Villa boss is already battling to convince 24-year-old Young (above) that he should stay at the club following the defection of Gareth Barry to Manchester City.

Barca may move for Young they fail to sign Bayern's Franck Ribery.
