Ashley Young on way to Chelsea for £20m?

Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is facing his second crisis in a week - as a battle looms to keep £20million England winger Ashley Young.
Just 72 hours after Gareth Barry quit for Manchester City, Young, 23, is believed to be concerned that the club will struggle to replace his international team-mate despite the £12million they have raked in.
Chelsea's chief scout Frank Arnesen is huge admirer of Young - and it would signal a massive blow for Villa if they were to lose a second major star this summer.
O'Neill, on holiday in America, is targeting Spurs star Tom Huddlestone to bolster his midfield.
But that looks unlikely to convince his players Villa can keep their top-six place. There are also concerns about the leadership - or lack of it - within the Villa team.
Barry was captain and influential defender Martin Laursen, another former skipper, retired two weeks ago following a long battle with injury.
Young, in Kazakhstan with the England squad, has three years left on his contract. But Real Madrid were also among a clutch of clubs circling - and are said to be still interested.
