Aston Villa interested in German goalkeeper Gerhard Tremmel

Aston Villa are set to bid £1million for German keeper Gerhard Tremmel.

Tremmel, 30, is poised to leave Energie Cottbus and Villa want another keeper after selling Stuart Taylor to Man City yesterday.
