Aston Villa make final offer for Fabian Delph

Aston Villa have made Leeds United a 'take it or leave it' offer for Fabian Delph.
Villa boss Martin O'Neill is still keen to sign the left-footed ace despite buying Stewart Downing for £12million from relegated Middlesbrough.
And Villa have put together a £6m package of £4m down plus add-ons for the 19-year-old.
But they refuse to pay any more for a midfielder who has never played higher than League One domestically.
O'Neill is also still keen on Spurs midfielder Jermaine Jenas and Portsmouth defender Sylvain Distin.
