Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is weighing up a deadline-beating move for Standard Liege's £5million-rated midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
O'Neill is keen on the giant prospect who stood out in both Champions League clashes with Liverpool, sending Villa chief scout Ian Storey-Moore to see him excel at Anfield.
Fellaini, 20, is a full Belgium international and could be sold by Liege after they failed to make the CL's lucrative group stages.
