Diego Godin says he would consider a move to Chelsea if the Blues made him an offer.
The Atletico Madrid defender has been linked with the Blues, who are looking for a new defender to bolster their leaky back line.
The club were reported to have made an unsuccessful bid for the Uruguayan in Janaury, but the man himself has not ruled out a switch to Stamford Bridge.
The 25-year-old told Goal.com Spain: "If there is interest from Chelsea, I will study it.
"At the moment, there is nothing. For now I am at Atletico Madrid and I am not thinking of anything else. There is nothing official."
The defender joined Atletico in the summer of 2010 for €8 million from Villarreal.
He said: "I owe a lot to Atletico and I cannot say that I would like to play for another team. I have great respect [for Atletico], a contract and the team have given me everything."
