Big Sam rules himself out of Al Ahli job

Sam Allardyce has been ruled out of the running to take over at Dubai club Al Ahli.

The Blackburn boss was on Al Ahli's hitlist, along with Mark Hughes, and is in Dubai this week on holiday.

However a source close to Big Sam claims he will not be quitting Ewood Park for the Middle East.

"There is no truth in Sam going to Dubai, other than perhaps for a holiday," said the source.
