Rovers boss seeks legal advice over wantaway Samba

Steve Kean is taking legal advice over Chris Samba.
The exiled captain missed Blackburn’s defeat at Arsenal after effectively going on strike during the January transfer window.
Kean admitted Samba, who is desperate to quit the club after questioning their ambition, was fit but he decided to not pick him.
It leaves the Rovers’ boss with a dilemma because the club desperately need him.
Kean said: “I’m not a legal expert – he’s fit and available for selection, but I’ve decided not to put him in the squad.”
