Blackburn winger Morten Gamst Pedersen admits he is frustrated by his lack of first-team football at Ewood Park.
But the Norwegian says his plan to have showdown talks with Sam Allardyce has been put on hold after the manager’s heart op.
Pedersen, 28, left out of Blackburn’s games with Bolton and Fulham, said: “Of course I want to play, and you’re disappointed when you’re not involved.
“The manager knows I want to play but I haven’t spoken to him about it.”
