Blackburn offer coaching deal to Tugay

Blackburn boss Mark Hughes has offered Tugay a one-year deal and the chance to start a coaching career.
The midfield play-maker is a free agent but Rovers are keen for him stay, although the contract on the table is with low pay and big appearance money.
The sweetener, however, is to offer Tugay the chance to cut his teeth in the management side and that may persuade him to extend his reign at Ewood Park.
