Blackburn star joins QPR on loan

Steven Reid is heading to QPR on loan to rekindle his career after falling out of favour at Blackburn.
Midfielder Reid, 28, was a big hit at Ewood Park following a £2.5million move from Millwall in July 2003.
But the star, capped 22 times by the Republic of Ireland, has been badly affected by injuries.
He has made just three appearances this season in the League Cup for Premier League Rovers.
And boss Sam Allardyce has let Reid join Championship Rangers on loan until January.
Reid agreed the move on Wednesday to provide cover for Rangers midfielder Gavin Mahon, who has a long-term injury.
