Bouzid backs Laszlo

Hearts defender Ismael Bouzid has backed disgruntled boss Csaba Laszlo to succeed, even with the shot-shy squad he has at his disposal at the moment.
Hearts failed to find the net for the third straight Clydesdale Bank Premier League game in the goalless draw with Edinburgh rivals Hibernian on Saturday, leaving them with only two wins in their 11 SPL games this term.
The Algerian defender said: "I believe in my manager. We learn from him at every training session and he is very positive."
He added: "We can perform better under him. I also believe in the players who are here at the moment. At the moment we are not scoring but we have good players.
"We need more confidence. Sometimes we have a lot of pressure but we can't score and we lose our confidence, that is the big problem at the moment."
