Bowyer to follow Benitez to Birmingham

Christian Benitez has finally completed his protracted move to Birmingham - and Lee Bowyer will sign on a free today.
Benitez has signed on an initial season-long loan with a view to a club record £9million switch after City restructured the deal with Mexicans Santos Laguna.
Blues were alerted by a knee injury that showed up on Benitez's medical and have struck an agreement that allows them to abandon the deal after one year if the Ecuador striker is crocked.
