Sheffield Wednesday are bracing themselves for an improved bid from Burnley for star striker Marcus Tudgay.
The Owls have already turned down a £2million offer, with manager Brian Laws insisting he won't be bullied into selling the former Derby forward.
Tudgay, 26, wants to talk to Burnley about a move and has rejected a new, improved deal at Hillsborough.
