Burnley have wrapped up the signing of Manchester United youngster Richard Eckersley.
The full-back has penned a four-year deal with the Clarets after rejecting a new contract with United.
Eckersley had been tipped for a bright future with United after coming through the youth ranks at Old Trafford.
He now becomes Burnley's fifth signing of the summer transfer window following the arrivals of Tyrone Mears, Steven Fletcher, David Edgar and Brian Easton.
As Eckersley is under 24, Burnley will have to agree a compensation package with United for the 20-year-old.
Meanwhile, Burnley have given a trial to Real Madrid's Ecuador youngster Fernando Guerrero.
Coyle has reportedly been monitoring Guerrero after being impressed while watching him in action for Real's reserve side Real Madrid Castilla.
