Burnley boss Owen Coyle hopes to clinch the £2.8 million signing of Reading's giant Cameroon defender Andre Bikey today.
Coyle is ready to put in an improved offer for the powerful defender who was sent off against the Clarets in the play-offs last season.
Reading rejected the first Burnley bid because it included too many bonuses and installments, but the clubs have re-opened negotiations and should have the transfer over the line in the next 24 hours.
