Tony Capaldi admits he’s ready to end his nightmare and quit Championship promotion-chasers Cardiff City.
The out-of-favour defender, a key figure in Cardiff’s march to the FA Cup Final in 2008, says his future no longer lies with Dave Jones’ men. Northern Ireland international Capaldi, 28, said: “I need to be playing regularly to get the best out of myself.
“If I’m not needed and I have to move on then fair enough. I would love to stay at Cardiff and play, but I might now just have to move on. Since the FA Cup Final, with injury and the rest, it has not really happened for me here.”
