Cardiff switch sights to Craig Mackail-Smith after Chopra deal blocked

Cardiff boss Dave Jones is chasing Peterborough's prolific striker Craig Mackail-Smith - after missing out on Michael Chopra.
Jones watched him at the weekend and wants more firepower to get his promotion-chase going.
Mackail-Smith has been a major success since joining from Dagenham & Redbridge a year ago.
Jones has money to spend on a forward and is reeling after Sunderland boss Roy Keane put the blocks on Chopra leaving - and rejoining Jones' Championship side.
The Bluebirds wanted their old boy back on loan with a view to a full-time deal.
