Cardiff to bid for Norwich international Sammy Clingan

Cardiff are to make their second raid on relegated Norwich City this week by snapping up Sammy Clingan.
The Northern Ireland international, 25, attracted interest from Fulham in January, but is set to follow keeper David Marshall to the Bluebirds.
Marshall has now set his sights on becoming Scotland No.1 after completing his move.
"I want to play regularly and challenge Craig Gordon to be Scotland's No.1," the 24 year old said.
