Carling Cup: Nottingham Forest 1-2 Sunderland (aet) - Keane breaks hoodoo

Roy Keane toasted his first Cup success in two years as Sunderland boss after his side came from behind to beat his old club Nottingham Forest.
And the Irishman raved that it was better than drinking and sex. Keane, in charge since August 30, 2006, was facing up to a miserable second anniversary as the Black Cats fell behind to Rob Earnshaw's superb 60th-minute free-kick.
But defender Phil Bardsley tapped in an 86th-minute equaliser to finally beat Forest's impressive keeper Paul Smith and David Healy scored his first Sunderland goal in extra time.
Keane raved: "I keep encouraging my strikers to score because it is better than drinking and sex.
"In an ideal world we would like to win comfortably but we showed great character.
"Last year the priority was to stay in the Premier League and we made changes at Luton (in the League Cup) and it backfired."
Forest boss Colin Calderwood said: "We were unlucky. We have done OK but haven't seen the game out which is frustrating."
