Charlton 0-0 Southampton: A point's good for Alan Pardew's men

Phil Parkinson has only been in the job a week and is already suffering from a sore throat - but his message seems to be getting through to Charlton.
Last weekend they were smashed 5-2 by Sheffield United, a defeat which cost previous boss Alan Pardew his job.
But on Saturday they were good value for their point against Southampton and would have taken all three but for the form of Kelvin Davis.
The Saints goalkeeper pulled off three excellent saves in the first half. One was particularly special, as he turned Deon Burton's overhead kick around the post.
Davis said: "I'm pleased with my performance but a little disappointed we didn't get all three points.
"I had a few saves to make and we had our chances but unfortunately we could not turn them into goals.
"I was particularly pleased to have saved Burton's overhead kick.
"They are the kind of things you work on. I was going one way and then needed to re-adjust and get back across the goal. I managed to get a hand to it. It was a great feeling."
Burton, who expects to make his loan move from Sheffield Wednesday permanent in January, added: "I thought I had scored. On another day it would have gone in.
"Results have not gone Charlton's way of late but the team has stuck together. A point is somewhere to start from, along with the clean sheet."
Mark Hudson almost put the home side ahead in the first minute, and Athletic team-mate Keith Gillespie drew a fine save from Davis before the keeper denied Hameur Bouazza and then Burton.
Saints were better in the second-half and Charlton stopper Nicky Weaver needed to save from David McGoldrick and sub Matthew Paterson.
