Charlton want Paul Ince as their new boss

Charlton want Paul Ince to become their new manager.
The Addicks begin life in League One next season after being relegated from the Championship under Phil Parkinson.
But they see Ince - who got MK Dons promoted and saved Macclesfield from nearcertain relegation - as the ideal man to take them back up.
Ince, 41, (above) was recently linked with the West Brom job after his sacking from Blackburn last season.
But competition for the post at the Hawthorns is hotting up with, ironically, former Charlton boss Alan Curbishley in the frame along with Peterborough's Darren Ferguson.
Charlton believe that Ince's motivational skills and his ability to work on a shoestring budget would be ideal given their lack of funds.
