Forgotten man Gael Kakuta insists he still has a future with Chelsea.
The French midfielder, on loan in his homeland with Dijon, claims he has been told he will be involved at Stamford Bridge next season.
Kakuta, who's under contract at the Blues until 2015, said: “I want the chance to show what I can do with Chelsea in the Premier League.
"I think they would have allowed me to move permanently unless they had confidence.
“I’m happy with what I’ve done at Dijon but now I want to go back to Chelsea and show that my place is with them at the highest level.”
The 20-year-old, who has started just one league game in three seasons at the Blues, was shipped out to Fulham on loan last season and to Bolton for the first half of the current campaign.
