Chelsea boss Ancelotti rules out January transfer bid for AC Milan hard man

Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out making a move for AC Milan hard man Gennaro Gattuso.

The 31-year-old former Rangers midfielder is said to be unhappy at the Serie A side and has been linked with a move to England.

However, Chelsea boss Ancelotti, who was in charge of him at Milan, played down the chances of a reunion.

“I’m disappointed that things aren’t going well at this moment,” said Ancelotti. “Now, he has injury and I hope he will be better. No, Rino is a Milan player. I had a very good relationship with him, but I don’t think he’ll be coming here in January.”
