John Terry has been forced to apologise after he accidentally ran over a Chelsea club steward following the Champions League match at Stamford Bridge last night.

The Blues' skipper was trying to drive through a melee of photographers and press at around 11pm after his team had crashed out of Europe at the hands of Inter Milan, when he caught the steward with his Range Rover.
