Chelsea lining up swap deal for Roma star Cicinho

Luiz Felipe Scolari is eyeing up a £5million swap deal for Roma star Cicinho, with Florent Malouda going the other way.
Scolari wants more width and Roma's 28-year-old Brazilian wideman - who can operate as a right wing-back or winger - is on his radar.
The deal could see Stamford Bridge flop Malouda heading to Roma as part of the deal, although the former Lyon star has also attracted interest from Bayern Munich.
Scolari also fancies Marseille winger Hatem Ben Arfa and has his eye on strikers, including Sevilla's Luis Fabiano and CSKA Moscow's Vagner Love.
