Chelsea stars run into fierce hailstorm trouble during charity motorbike ride

Footballer Shaun Wright-Phillips and fellow Chelsea stars almost came a cropper when they hit a fierce hailstorm during a charity motorbike ride at the weekend.
Shaun was joined by Wayne Bridge and former Stamford Bridge star Steve Sidwell on their journey from Kings Road in London to the Inn On The Green pub in Cookham, Berks, when they ran into trouble halfway down the M4.
Shaun and Wayne had to pull over when hailstones started hitting them in the face at 70mph. Ouch.
An insider says: "It was touch and go for a while as the lads were skidding out of control."
When they finally reached their destination, they toasted raising £20,000 for a children's charity. Now that's a goal worth celebrating.
