Chelsea want Emile Heskey and Kevin Davies in transfer window

Emile Heskey tops Chelsea's wish list of strikers for the January transfer window.
The days of Roman Abramovich funding spectacular transfer coups appear to be over.
Also on manager Luiz Felipe Scolari's wish list are Sunderland marksman Kenwyne Jones and Bolton's Kevin Davies.
The imminent move for new strikers is likely to increase speculation about the future of Didier Drogba. The Ivory Coast forward has been linked with moves to Inter Milan, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
And after returning from injury to score the winner against Cluj in the Champions League this week he refused to comment about his future.
Scolari's targeting of power players suggests Chelsea are planning for life without Drogba.
Heskey, 30, is out of contract next summer and Wigan will consider selling him next month rather than see him leave as a free agent.
Davies, 31, is seen as the perfect foil for Nicolas Anelka, with whom he had a successful partnership at Bolton.
