Chelsea want young French defender if transfer ban is lifted

Chelsea are tracking Le Mans right back Sebastien Corchia - despite their transfer ban.

Corchia, 19, is attracting a lot of attention after some impressive displays and Chelsea - currently fighting a transfer ban - are keeping tabs.
