An escaped cow created panic when it stormed a football pitch during a match.
The two-ton animal charged at the players and the ref showed it the red card.
But the beast responded by leaving a cowpat on the pitch before being shooed back into its field in Potterspury, Northants.
Adam Johnson, 28, who was playing for Potterspury Reserves in the amateur league match against Southcott Reserves, said: “I’ve never seen anything like this before.”
