David Moyes: Yakubu is staying at Everton

David Moyes has told his star striker Yakubu that he's going nowhere.
The Nigerian is the number one winter transfer window target for new Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, who had the Yak at Portsmouth.
Worryingly for Everton fans, Yakubu has a nomadic history of moving between clubs, and in just five seasons in the Premier League has had spells at Pompey, today's opponents Middlesbrough and now Everton.
The striker has never stayed more than two years at any club in his career, and with Spurs sniffing around, there is a fear that he could be about to go on his travels once more.
But Goodison manager Moyes yesterday dismissed the idea, by insisting that he would not even consider a deal for the striker he made Everton's record signing 18 months ago.
"I'm not aware of anything about other clubs' interest. Am I worried about his goals or him being linked elsewhere? No I'm not," the Everton boss explained.
"I know his goals will come and I'm not worried about the link because I'm not letting him go anywhere. Nobody has spoken to me, and if they did the answer would be no."
