David Norris back in training as Facebook backtracks on crash slurs promise

Shamed footballer David Norris returned to training yesterday.
And he'll be back in action on Saturday when Ipswich face Doncaster in the Championship.
Drink-driving campaigner Tony Dring said: "I hope the public will be hostile whenever he plays."
Meanwhile Facebook yesterday reneged on a promise to remove sick messages about two boys killed by drink-drive soccer star Luke McCormick.
The parents of Arron, 10, and eight-year-old Ben Peak are devastated by hurtful postings on the site. US-based Facebook agreed to take them down after the Mirror contacted it but now refuses.
Spokeswoman Emma Coleman said: "Facebook supports the free flow of information and groups provide a forum for discussing a broad number of issues. Many Facebook groups relate to controversial, or in this case, troubling topics, but this alone is not a reason to disable them."
Mum Amanda, 31, said: "Supporters of Luke McCormick left messages claiming the boys did not have their seatbelts on, so we are to blame for their deaths. One even spread lies suggesting I am not their real mother."
Arron and Ben, of Partington, Greater Manchester, were killed when drunk Plymouth player McCormick crashed into their people carrier on the M6 in Staffs in June. Dad Phillip, 38, was badly hurt.
McCormick was jailed for seven years and four months for causing death by dangerous driving.
Ex-team-mate David Norris was fined £24,000 after the Mirror revealed he made a sick "handcuff" goal celebration in support of his pal.
The Peaks want a face-to-face apology from the Ipswich player.
