Bayern Munich defender Martin Demichelis has criticised his former team-mate Michael Ballack for his reaction to a collision which left the Argentinian with several broken bones in his face.
The pair came together in an accidental clash in the international friendly between the South Americans and Germany earlier this month.
Although Demichelis refused to blame Ballack for his injuries, he is disappointed the Chelsea man had not been in touch since to inquire about his well-being and said: "He is a great footballer but as a man I would rather not comment."
Demichelis added: "I'm disappointed. We had three years together here at Bayern. He should at least be able to send some greetings."
The 29-year-old is running once again although he has yet to join in training and there remains no schedule for his return.
He is expected to be fit for this summer's World Cup though.
Demichelis added: "I didn't want to put myself under any pressure time-wise so I have no plan, no date for a comeback."
