Rams' raid for Watford suit fails

Watford's highly-rated head of football business Ross Wilson has rejected the chance to become Derby’s director of football.

Rams manager Nigel Clough is opposed to the very existence of the post, but admitted: “The owners are ­American, they have different ­sports structures so we are looking for a balance.”
